We Design and Install State-of-the-Art Fire Protection & Safety Systems

A recent All Systems installation

All Systems is the tri-state area’s only minority owned fire protection company, providing the highest quality design, fabrication, and installation services for a wide variety of fire suppression systems. Our trained and experienced professionals have the technical expertise to ensure that each project is professionally engineered and installed to meet today’s stringent fire codes and specifications.

All Systems’ expertise in designing, fabricating and installing complex fire protection and safety systems is conscientiously built on important factors such as time and budget.

Some of the more recent suppression systems and install designs were for facilities such as Bechtel Bettis, St. Clair Hospital, and University of Pittsburgh, to name a few. Each fire suppression and installation project requires a thorough understanding of your specific objectives. From beginning to end, our team of project managers, designers, and engineers work closely with you and the appropriate fire officials to ensure the design meets your objectives, your insurance requirements, and the latest national, state, and local fire codes and specifications.

We build flexibility into your fire safety design so that your systems can be modified for your future business growth and improvement needs. The system we design and install today will be a viable and reliable system tomorrow.

Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, & Testing

Fire Safety Management has many important phases… one is Fire Inspections. The Fire Inspectors from All Systems are trained to identify unsafe conditions or deficiencies in buildings and structures related to current bylaws, codes, and standards. Such unsafe conditions include obstructed exits, inoperative fire alarms and sprinkler systems and improper storage. At All Systems, our Fire Inspectors are committed to running an efficient and effective program to ensure the safety of those in the building and members of the community.

Yearly maintenance of fire systems are imperative to alleviate hazardous conditions and the possibility of compromising the structural integrity of a building. Let All Systems’ Team of qualified inspectors become part of your annual maintenance program. In doing so, you and your company can benefit from the following:

  • A safer working/living environment for employees/residents
  • A safer building for unfamiliar occupants (visitors, shoppers, clients, etc.)
  • Business and job security. Up to 80% of all small businesses that experience a large fire never reopen; this not only affects the building/business owner, but also results in the loss of jobs. Of those who do reopen, many lose much of their customer base due to prolonged absences of production/service.
  • A better maintained building for increased resale value
  • A possible reduction in insurance premiums
  • For those who benefit from an MBE affiliation, credits may apply for a maintenance program that is performed annually.
